    The requirements to commence the process are as follows:- Full name; Address of the property; Contact information; Location of property for appraisal; Is the premises (Land only or land and building); Type of premises (Commercial, residential, mixed or other); How many storeys; Construction type (Concrete only, Timber only or both); If land size exceeds 8,000 Sq. ft please state the approximate size; Copy of the property transport or certificate of title (optional); Provide a photograph of the property (optional).
